Marsden is hiring for a FT Light Maintenance Tech-Plymouth, MNMarsden Bldg. Maintenance, LLCFT Light Maintenance Technician-Plymouth,MN (Operations)Plymouth, Minnesota This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.Hours are: Monday-Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, 40hr/weekDuties: Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments. Communicating basic maintenance and mechanical record keeping. Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.Qualifications: Candidates must have excellent communication skills and ability to learn new skills in a short amount of time. Must also hold at least a Special Class Boilers License and be able to pass a criminal background check, physical lifting test, drug test, DOT Exam and drivers license check. Minimum 2-3 years experience with trouble shooting, general building repairs, lock/hardware repair and service, painting, light electrical/plumbing repair, HVAC Systems service and other duties as assigned.Required Skills: All applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach and work in a constant pace.
