Marsden Building Maintenance LLC is looking for highly motivated quality driven individuals to join our Special Services Department.Schedule: Part time hours, 4-5 hours per shift starting after 6:00pm.Requirements: Candidates must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record. Be able to clear a drug screen, physical lifting test and criminal history background check. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs. Prior experience with general cleaning required. Some working knowledge of strip and wax, carpet/floor/tile cleaning and detail cleaning preferred.
